Craft Show

So my girls day care is having their first annual craft show. They're letting parents set up booths for free to show off or sell their items. I've signed up so that way I can show off some of the blankets that I've made. I'm thinking of making little cards with the stores web address and my contact info in case anyone is interested in buying/custom ordering items. I'm thinking too of printing off some of the pictures of everyone's items and letting the people know that they're available online.

I'm so excited about it!!!! Now I just need to figure out a way to make some nice business cards.

  1. How neat! I'm excited and I'm not even going. Definitely take your gorgeous swirly afghan, 'cos I can't believe that hasn't sold yet.

And my husband just printed some business cards for himself through vistaprint.com. They were having a sale, and he got 250 cards for just the cost of shipping. You might want to check out the site.

  2. Stephanie,
The booth is a great idea. Dawn, Kelly and I have talked about making business cards and I was going to work up something but I haven't done it yet.

  3. Donna,

The craft show is January 21st so there's still a bit of time to work something out. If you do work up something let me know. If I find some time I'll play around with making some too. I'll let you guys know if I come up with anything.

My other thought was to draft up something and get special print paper at Wal-mart. Of course, then I'd have to borrow someone's printer since I don't have one at home. :)

  4. Kelly,

If you think that one's nice you should see my latest one. I need to get more of the yarn to finish up the fringe on it but it looks so great. It's fluffy and pretty. I can't wait to finish it up so I can start on my next one. :)
